A thin open band
Most of my time goes to 𝕏 and IAB. What’s left is a small window for leadership teams working through AI and growth, where another perspective on marketing, technology, and strategy helps.
A few leadership relationships a year — not a broad practice. Fluid more than productized: success often means better decisions, and the work continuing well without me in every room. If it isn’t a fit, a polite no is fine.

- We talk once — fit, chemistry, conflicts, and shape. Either of us can walk.
- We agree on shape — cadence, who owns what, how we’ll know it’s working. Then we do the work.
